ABOUT STORY
Concept Development: The idea for Chatham Kebab & Gyro was born. Our founders, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, began crafting a unique dining experience for Chatham, Ontario.
Location Secured: After extensive searching, we found the perfect location in Chatham. Renovations and preparations began to transform the space into a warm and welcoming restaurant.
Menu Creation: Our chefs finalized a diverse menu featuring authentic Mediterranean dishes, including kebabs, gyros, fresh salads, and more, all made with the finest ingredients.
Grand Opening: Chatham Kebab & Gyro officially opened to the public, quickly becoming a favorite spot for Mediterranean cuisine in Chatham. We continue to grow and thrive, thanks to the support of our wonderful community.
